Below are the documents containing the Booking Forms for Breakfast and Holiday Club ran at St.Peter's. Please complete the relevant form(s) and send them to Jimmy Grimboll's either via post or email, or if your child is a pupil at St.Peter's you can drop the form off during Breakfast Club opening hours.

Once we have received the booking form(s) if there is a place available for your child, or children, we will send you out a Parent Pack containing a welcome letter and the relevant forms that need completing in order for your child to attend Jimmy Grimboll's. If there is no places available at the time, you will be placed on the waiting list and notified of your position on the waiting list termly.
