"Dear Carol Allen and all the Breakfast club/Jimmy Grimbolls staff

I am writing to thank you for the excellent standard of care my child has
recieved through your facilities at St Peters. Without the srevice you
provide my day would be so much more challanging! Yet it is the welfare of
my daughter that is my priority. When i drop her off i know she will have
an excellent breakfast with the full variety of fresh fruit and juice,
cereal and toasted breads. She is also safe and cared for on both a
physical and emotional level. My daughter loves the mixed and varied
activities that she is offered from sport activities to games and arts and
crafts. She thoroughly enjoys the various projects and themed displays you
set up for them.

Above all you are approachable and care for the children and provide them
with a safe and happy environment. You have always discussed discretely
any concerns if my daughter has not been her 'usual self' and i feel
assured that you know the individual personalities and needs of the
children in your care.Not only making the children welcome but engaging
with parents who are equally nervous on the initial days of leaving
children early in the mornings! Once my daughter is signed in and being
asked if she 'would like her usual' I know can get on with my working day
knowing that she is safe, fed and happy!
